I thought it was a standard schrader valve in there but noooooo GM had to come up with a new and improved not really valve.

Then keep making an effort to remove it----Dont do it so hard that you sheer off the tool- just keep the heat and oil on it- and you can tap the tool with a hammer---gently--the goal of the heat is to allow the oil to get down in the threads and to break up any corrosion. Generaly if the high side pressure access port is leaking its because the schrader valve has debris under the sealing seat or the valve pin itself is bent and not seating properly you can remedy this by swapping out the schrader valve its cheap and only requires a tire valve tool to extract it remember not to over tighten it as this will cause the same problem. Chevy and Ford uses a really bad valve on the high pressure side of the AC system. So my question is will the Mastercool 81490 work on that valve.
